Annual hands on workshop teaching canning. This year's workshop will focus on canning raw tomatoes and store for 18 months.

About the event
All supplies are provided including lunch. We will be canning Roma tomatoes which can be used for spaghetti sauce, pizza sauce or gravies. Canned tomatoes may be stored from 1-3 years depending on the storage area. The darker and cooler the area of storage the longer.

As we take on a Joseph spirit, we are preparing for the things that are to come, therefore, we will have a financial representative share emergency funding methods to create a interest bearing savings account. A full lunch will be served.
