Rosh Hashanah is the New Year on God's calendar and is celebrated by eating apples dipped in honey proclaiming a sweet new year. Sweet raisin bread is dipped in honey and a festive meal served with wine or juice.

Rosh Hashanah is the New Year on God's calendar and is celebrated by eating apples dipped in honey, proclaiming a sweet new year. Sweet raisin bread is dipped in honey and a festive meal is served. Before the meal is served, the Haggadah is told, recognizing how Jesus' death on the cross saves sinners from everlasting death to everlasting life. The holiday is paralleled with the Hebrews' Exodus to the return of Jesus Christ. Children are welcome, but must also register.
